1st IDTA Greek Area DANCE TEAM COMPETITION (6/12/2015)

The 1st Dance Team Competition by IDTA Greek Area will be held at Cine Kerameikos (Kerameikou 58 & marathonos 13, Athens) on Sunday, 6 December 2015.

The categories of this competition are:

• ONE DANCE RUMBA
• ONE DANCE CHACHACHA
• ONE DANCE ANY DANCE
• FORMATION BALLROOM
• FORMATION LATIN
• ARGENTINE TANGO
• BELLY DANCE
• HIP HOP  & STREET
• FREESTYLE 
• BREAKDANCE
• CONTEMPORARY
• SALSA 
• SALSA RUEDA
• BACHATA
• GREEK MEDLEY
• ΧΑΣΑΠΙΚΟΣ
• ΖΕΙΜΠΕΚΙΚΟΣ

The above will be for:

1. Adults
2. Under 21 (born until 1994)
3. Under 16 (born until 1999)
4. Under 11 (born until 2004)

Rules:

• The minimum number of participations for each team is 4 persons.
• The duration of the performance must bestrictly up to 3 minutes. In case that the duration exceedes the limit of 3 minutes, the team will take the last place, regardless the judges' results.
• The team that consists of 4 to 7 persons may have 1 participation from the right next age category. The team that has 8 to 12, may have 2 such persons.
• Except from the adult ones, all other participants must have a proof of the year of their birth with them. In the case that an objection has been made for the age of a participant and he or she doesn't have proof for his/ger age, the team will take the last place, regardless the judges' results.
• Teams may use accessories during their performance. Nevertheless, all kind of materials that can stain or damage the dance floor or the premises the competition is taking place are prohibited.

Attention! The digitally and e-mailed application form is the only way to participate in this competition. The deadline is striclty Wednesday 25/11/2015.
